Shipping Rates & Methods

We currently offer:

Standard shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as your location. Orders that are over 150lbs may be shipped by our LTL carriers.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier's website.

Domestic & International

We offer standard shipping to all 48 contiguous states in USA. We currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Damaged Or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@shineco.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us at customerservice@shineco.com. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and do our best to locate your package.
